Carta Companies llc is the holding company of:

·         Carta Assurance (DBA for ARMCO Legal) is charged with serving its clients as a BPO that specializes in protecting creditor’s rights, collections and legal recovery management & the defense of counterclaims, direct suits and class actions suits.  And it is charged with protecting the client’s assets with advanced inventory and cash management controls.

·         Carta Alliance llc is charged with 1). Finding, implementing and marketing new and innovative applications for existing technology and 2). Innovating, initiating, developing, implementing and marketing new technologies useful to the ARM Industry.   Both charges are to increase productivity and profits and reduce expenses for its clients. 

·         Carta Advisors llc is charged with consulting and assisting in the acquisition of portfolios for debt purchasers to add to their inventory.  It is also charged with strategic planning advisory and recovery operations consulting.

·         Carta Funding llc is a participatory fund for investors who purchase debt.
